We will need to take food orders from everyone who plans to attend the October 6 meeting at UIW by October 2. WD Deli will be our caterer, and I am attaching the box lunch/salad menu below for you to choose your lunch. Donuts and coffee will be provided for breakfast as early as 8:45 am as well as water and iced tea for lunch. PLEASE send your food orders and RSVP for the meeting to Dr. Wayne Davis firstname.lastname@example.org
If you prefer a salad instead of a box lunch, please specify salad dressing.
The workshop, luncheon, and Honors Recital are free for current South Texas NATS members; prospective NATS members can attend all of the day’s events as guests for a $10 fee (cash or check only). Students of current South Texas NATS members may attend the workshop and afternoon recital for free

Mr. Bobo used to eat this every day, and customers would look over his shoulder, longingly asking, “What is THAT?” We had to add it to the menu. Romaine lettuce tossed with chicken breast, cubed granny smith apples, chopped walnuts, parmesan cheese, dried cranberries, and balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
